How to take Nuwa PMS

Take 1 sachet a day. Start 7 days before your period and continue through day 3 of your period.

Squeeze 1 sachet into 8 oz (240 ml) of warm water, stir until dissolved, and sip slowly. You can also take it straight from the sachet.

Every cycle is different, so each box has 12 sachets. Take 2 sachets on days you need more support, or keep going if your period comes later than expected.
